WORLD CONSTITUTION AND PARLIAMENT ASSOCIATION (WCPA):
The World Constitution and Parliament Association is a movement of world citizens for securing:
- A democratic world governance system formed by the federation of all the nations of the world and formed under the constitution for the federation of Earth.
- Global peace, amicable relations between nations of the world.
- A mechanism to administer those affairs which transcend national boundaries for the benefit of humanity everywhere.

Dr Glen T Martin BTNW An Holistic Vision for Our Collective Future
This was a presentation at the Building The new World global Conference 2020. Dr. Glen begins by asking a question “Do we have a future? He emphasises the need to build a new world. Through BTNW programs video, publications wish share with the world the message of Transformation through support from Peace Pentagon. He also mentions Tagore’s mission for civilisation: harmony among people and establish peace. He says WCPA’s vision is Quest for Human Liberation and practical utopia-practical and pragmatic vision through Earth constitution.
CGS Virtual Book Club Session 2
In his address at the book club in US, Dr. Glen Martin mentions that the Earth Constitution took 23 years to complete when hundreds of global citizens worked on this. These people were aware of global problems and failures of the governance, not because of leadership but because of the structural deficiencies. He also emphasises that the Preamble of the Earth Constitution is premised on holism, which mandates global resources being used equitably, avoid racial discrimination etc
